In 1991, Machinist Jeff Albert started Albert Tool & Die to help Midwest customers get unique machined parts for their specialized manufacturing products and inventory needs. With his wife Paloma Albert by his side, the business owners started the Omaha machine shop. For the past 30+ years the business has operated as Albert Tool & Die, serving customers throughout Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Missouri, and the United States. In 2024, Jeff and Paloma Albert’s son, Thomas Albert, joined their team as Vice President. At the end of 2024, the Nebraska machining business went through a rebrand and is now doing business as Albert Precision Machining. Today, the Omaha machine shop’s services include CNC milling, CNC lathing, and surface grinding operating as a job shop taking on all types of unique machined parts.

Jeff Albert
President
Jeff Albert is the President of Albert Precision Machining, having founded the Omaha machine shop in 1991. Jeff has been a machinist for 45 years, first learning the trade in high school and further gaining knowledge through an intensive apprenticeship where he later branched off on his own becoming an expert machinist in tool & die, milling, grinding, and lathing. He is known in the industry for his excellent quality work and precise craftsmanship. During football season, Jeff loves watching his beloved Green Bay Packers and occasionally taking trips with his sons to one of his favorite places, Lambeau Field.

Thomas Albert
Vice President
Thomas Albert joined Albert Precision Machining in 2024 as Vice President leading the business’s strategic operations, finances, and key initiatives. In 2015, Thomas earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Doane University majoring in Accounting and Business. He started his career in public accounting, becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2021. After recieving his CPA, Thomas worked at Valmount Industries as an Internal Auditor until joining the family business in 2024.

Paloma Albert
Office Manager
As Office Manager of Albert Precision Machining, Paloma Albert supports the overall operations and accounting of the Omaha machine shop. She joined her husband Jeff Albert as owner in 1992, becoming his right hand in running the successful family business. Paloma started her career in banking, then became an Accounting Tech and Budget Anaylst for the Army Corp of Engineers until 1990. Today, Paloma enjoys spending time with her family and 3 grandchildren who know her as “PoePoe”.
